Shipping & Returns
Sellers on Kixify ship your order after checkout. Shipping cost and an estimated delivery date are always shown before you pay.
Delivery times
- After you order, the seller packs and ships to your address. Tracking appears on your Kixify purchases page when the seller adds it.
- At checkout you will see an estimated delivery date. It is based on that shipping center's past delivery times for your route.
- Delivery can still vary because of the carrier, customs, or busy seasons. The date at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Package marked delivered but you did not get it? Contact Support right away with your order number and tracking link.
Returns & refunds
United States return policy for new products. We accept returns only for defective products or if the wrong product was sent. Exchanges are available for those same cases. Missing packages and other not-as-described issues may also qualify under Buyer Protection.

How to return or exchange
- Contact Kixify Support from your order or the Support page within 3 days.
- Include your order number, photos, and a short note (defective item or wrong product sent).
- For approved returns, we email a free download-and-print return label.
- Ship the item back by mail in its original packaging when possible.
- After we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5 days. Exchanges use the same mail-in process when we approve one.
Returns for change of mind, fit, or price changes are not accepted. Currency for fees and refunds is USD. There is no restocking fee. PayPal Purchase Protection may also apply under PayPal's own rules for eligible payment claims.

- How much does shipping cost?
- Free in the US, $9.95 to Canada, and $19.95 for all other countries. You see the exact amount on the product page and again at checkout.
- When will my order arrive?
- Checkout shows an estimated delivery date for your address. It is based on how fast that shipping center has delivered similar orders in the past. It is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- How do returns and refunds work?
- For new products sold to the United States, contact Support within 3 days if the item is defective or the wrong product was sent. Approved returns get a free print return label. Refunds process within 5 days after we receive the return. Change of mind, fit, or price changes are not covered.
- What can I return?
- Defective new products, or cases where the wrong product was sent. Returns for change of mind, fit, or price changes are not accepted. Pre-owned items follow the listing terms and Buyer Protection for not-as-described issues.
- Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
- Yes, for $19.95. Customs duties or taxes at delivery are your responsibility unless the listing says otherwise.
