Shipping

Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of receiving the payment.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then We are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.

Carefully choose the size, color etc. of your product. Once the order is placed, it may not be possible to cancel it however you could return the product within 30 days.

We can only ship to the address you provide in our checkout process.

We cannot change the shipping address, so please make sure to enter a correct shipping address in your PayPal account or eBay checkout BEFORE finalizing your purchase.

Payments

We only accept PayPal as a payment method.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still checkout with any other major credit card through PayPal.

When you are ready to pay, simply click the "Pay Now" button at the top of the item page to make a secure payment through checkout. This will allow us to work on the dispatch of your product to you immediately!

If you have trouble making payments through PayPal, please contact PayPal Customer Service directly.

Our Return Policy

• Purchased item(s) must be returned as received, in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. If there are any signs of usage or perfume smell, the return will not be accepted and mailed back to you. 

• If you believe you have received an incorrect, defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. Manufacturer defects are covered under one-month warranty with our store. After one month, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly for return or replacement.

• A re-stocking fee may apply, if applicable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping cost to be incurred by the customer. Keep tracking number safe until we receive the returned package. We will not be responsible for non-receipt of the returned merchandise without proof of delivery.

• Your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after we receive the item.

• There are no returns accepted on international sales.

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount.

• Items received as a gift will be refunded to the original buyer.
